SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship our freeze-dried goodies by It's Me Addye directly to your doorstep using standard shipping options. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping location. If you purchase multiple items, the shipping costs will be reduced as the items can be packed together.  We suggest you “bundle” or purchase several items to reduce the cost of shipping per item.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or carrier disruptions. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive to you in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for our freeze-dried goodies due to the low-margin nature of these products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
